A Lost Cause For Weight Loss?
Hello, I`m a 5 ft 6 in and 205 lbs sedentary person. I want to lose about 20 lbs but nothing seems to work for me. I have tried a few diets and nothing. I guess that I’m doing something wrong but I can`t figure out what. I`m starting to believe that nothing is gonna help me lose weight, that I`m a lost cause. What should I do?

Hey, you shouldn't give up because a few diets didn't worked! Maybe you chose only fad diets. Keep trying! Maybe if you're better organized you'll do better . For instance, have regular meals, drink plenty of water, count your calories, and bring more physical activity to your life. I think you`re more focused on the dieting part. In this case, you should use a diet planner. Check the one at Project Weight Loss. Worked great for me. If you also wanna use the workout planner you can see when you burn more calories than you eat or otherwise.
