People have had slaves since times immemorial, this includes cavemen. Women slaves have been one category of slaves, the others being men and children. Same is the case with slave abuse. Not even women but also male slaves were abused. So I believe Cavemen did have women slaves and they also abused them. The criteria must have been that the physically weak people were made slaves.

According to b.c. In the citizens journal they clubbed them in the head and dragged them back to their cave by their hair and made them their wife. :D
