Yes you should most certainly go and see the Doctor!

Your lymph nodes can get lumps in them from fighting infection. It doesn't always have to be a worst case scenario. There is no point being aware that you have these lumps and worrying, perhaps unnecessarily, that you have a major problem.

Go and see your Doctor! Get him/her to examine you and show them these lumps and tell them of your concern.

If the Doctor says it's a simple problem that antibiotics can rectify you will no doubt be immensely relieved.

If these lumps warrant further tests then it is better for you that you don't delay.

There is no point in playing Russian Roulette with your health. Access the expertise of a health professional.
