Hey don't fell bad. I'm in the same boat. Maybe you have depression the fact is
no matter how sad you or how many problems have that's life. Everybody has those days even me.

Don't feel sad okay..Especially don't let it take over your life!
Problem comes && go there's always a solution to it no matter what..
Don't think too much about the problem..Try to have fun a little
bit and do the things that you want to get your minds off of being sad..

Look around you and see what or who is making you sad or unhappy, most people ar sad because of who they are around all the time and they don't realize it.

Make a list of things that make you sad and then make a list of things that make you happy.
Look @ the list of things (problems) that make you sad. Can you change any of those problems yourself? If it is money problems seek credit counceling for this organization can help you pay off your debts without filing bankruptcy and you can avoid from losing your home or being evicted from your apartment if you rent, and keep your car. If it is love problems talk to your spouse or loved one and explain calmly what is making you sad and make changes together to have better relationship. If it is your job, well take an inventory of what is good about your job/career and what isn't good. Maybe a career change or scenery is what you need. If your employer has tuition reimbursement take advantage now! If not check into other possibilities to reach to your goals. Only you can make positive changes in your life. If you chose to be sad then you will continue to be miserable. Happiness is what you do with your life. No one but yourself can make you happy. Communication is the key with your family and close friends. Make others happy and that happiness returns back to you in more ways than you can possibly know. If you are in an abusive relationship then get away at all costs. Seek help now before it gets any worse.

We all have our bad days, and no one can answer why you are always sad. A lot has to do with your outlook on life. It might help for you to get out more and think positive things. Think about what you do - do you spend a lot of time alone? Think about negative things? Your problems?
