Sense Of Impending Doom/death?
I was doing some research online about heart attack symptoms, etc. I suffer from GAD and I have a constant fear of dying having a heart attack, etc. I am constantly feeling my pulse to make sure my heart beats right. What i want to know is if a sense of impending doom/GAD is a symptom of a heart attack? I smoke, may have slightly elevated cholesterol, don't exercise but Doc says I'm 30 years old

I suffer from anxiety, impending doom is always with me, i think its the feeling of you thinking u did something wrong when u really didnt, and fear of getting caught or approached for it.
The "doom" is not a disorder of any description but simply in ur head. Thats the only thing i think of when i get a sudden dose of the doom and it helps a little.:)
