Management deals in a wider spectrum having sub categories like HRM and others. It's about all sorts of management. HRM stands for Human Resource Management and is a sub-category of Management that deals with management for the labor/employees. Its all about the management of human behavior, dealing with hiring and firing and employee retention plus benefits.
