This Question is Answered

My Ex-wife And Her Current Husband Make A Lot More Money Than Me And My Current Wife Do. Is There Anyway I Can Get Out Of Making Child Support Payments. We've Been Doing It For 12 Years Now.

I have 2 other kids with my current wife (married for 10 years) and my ex and her husband make a ton of money. I am very involved with my first child and have always carried her on my insurance - but it seems like it is just blood money. I only pay $320/month - which is not a lot - and maybe I should not rock the boat considering I only have 2 1/2 years to pay. Please advise...

If you think you are over burdened with the child support you may shift that to your ex-wife. That will depend on two important things:
    - There should be a cluase in the agreement which talks about transfer of the child support.
    - And your ex-wife should also agree with having her child back.
