I Have Moved Into This Apartment For Less Than 1 Year. After Inspection, I Got A Bill Of $150 Of Cleaning The Moth And Repainting The Bathroom. Is It My Responsibility For It? I Do Not See Any Moth Basically.
The notice said the moth is due to lack of cleanliness. However, I clean the bathroom every week. I do not see any reasons of the extra charges. Can I sue my landlord?

Well, yes you can sue your landlord if you feel he has billed you incorrectly. The normal time for repainting walls is 2-3 years. You have been in the apartment for less than an year. That means that the moth and paint have been there before you and since they are not your responsibility. You are right when you say there are no reasons for this. Your landlord just wants to make some extra bucks. I would suggest talk to him first and then sue him if required.
