What Is The Most Deadliest Volcano In History?

Answer Question

Well, though it hasn't happened yet, I'd have to say that when yellow stone erupts it will be the deadliest and worst natural disaster to face mankind. That is because Yellow Stone is a supervolcano that is capable of killing not only millions but perhaps a billion people, not counting the after effects of the soot and clouds that will cover and spread across the earth's surface creating massive drought followed by famine. With the clouds I'd imagine the blocking of the sun would cause the earth to get much colder.
Needless to say, Yellow Stone is obviously active, and it's only a matter of time according to many scientists. If it does erupt it will look like an earthly form of hell.

But so far I know the top runners are Krakatau in Indonesia in the 1880s that killed like more than 35,000 people, and then another in Tambora in 1815 which killed more than 90,000(the most in recorded human history). The most recent deadliest volcano eruption was of course in 1985 in Colombia in Ruiz killed 25,000 I think.
