How Can I Find A Dance Partner To Learn Dancing?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Most dance schools do not require only couples to apply. In fact at the beginner level they welcome and accommodate singles. Once you join the school you will easily find a partner for yourself. Since you need somebody with a similar interest in dancing; putting up an advertisement on the notice board is not that bad an idea. You could also ask people at your work place or school/collage if they are interested in joining up. Remember there's no reason to be shy.

There is this basic rule in horse riding that is taught to most beginners. It is that no two horses are exactly alike. They all ride differently. Similarly in dancing it is absolutely essential to team up with as many partners as possible. That is to switch partners; otherwise you will not learn the skill completely.
