This is from the phones manual. To Lock/unlock phone can be done manually or can be set to lock automatically at shut off. To use a locked phone, you must enter the unlock code.go to the settings>Security>Phone Lock>Lock Now or Automatic Lock. Both options require you to enter the unlock code before completing your selection.At the prompt enter your UNLOCK code which is usually set to the last 4 numbers of your phone and the six digit security code that is originally set to 000000. If you forget this code contact provider.
