From what you have said, it looks like it could be appendicitis. It is an inflammation of the appendix on the right side of lower abdomen. Some of the symptoms also include mild fever, vomiting, constipation or diarrhoea. The pain moves onto the lower right side of the belly. One cannot conclude that this is appendicitis but it could be one of the possibilities.

If your abdominal pain is accompanied by diarrhoea or frequent vomit, you should contact your doctor immediately. It is better to get a sonography done to find out the real reason of the problem. Consult a doctor at the earliest because it is better to nip the problem in the bud at the first sight of a symptom.

It can also be a kidney infection under your rib? Could be your gallbladder. Get it checked out.

From the symptoms you have said it could also be a disease of the bowel like Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease. You would be best to see your doctor to nip these symptoms in the bud especially if your abdominal pain is accompanied by tiredness, weight loss, diarrhoea, black stools or blood in the stools. Also if you have vomiting or a high fever then you need to see the doctor immediately.
