What Is Candle Waxing?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Candle waxing probably refers to the process by which difficult wax is removed from a person's ear. The process involves using a hollow tube (ear candle) made up of wax like material that is inserted into the ear at one end and lit at the other. When burnt, the material is supposed to fill the ear cavity with warm scented smoke that makes the removal of wax easier by loosening it. The treatment has gained popularity in recent times but is not a medical procedure. Manufacturers of these candles swear by its effectiveness and claim the procedure dates back two thousand ears.

Candle Waxing may also refer to the art of making candles using different types of natural and artificial wax.
