Do Rabbits Run On Wheels?

I got a baby rabbit cut from the wild at about 4 or 5 weeks old. Its mom was killed. My friend caught them and hid them and is giving them away. His mom called the exterminater and he didn't want them to die and nether did i so i got 1 and i bottle feed it 3 times and it wouldn't eat no more so i got it hard food and its full of energy and i want to know if it needs a wheel to run in.
