    Saudi Arabia lies in the Arabian Peninsula. It is the largest country of the Peninsula region. Saudi Arabia shares its boundaries with Jordan which lies on the northwest part of the country. The country of Iraq lies to the north and northeast. The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar lie to the east of Saudi Arabia. The countries of Oman and Yemen lie to the southeast and south respectively. The Persian Gulf lies to the North East of Saudi Arabia and the Red Sea lies to the west of Saudi Arabia.

    The capital city of Saudi Arabia is Riyadh. The official language spoken in Saudi Arabia is Arabic. The government of Saudi Arabia is that of Absolute Monarchy. The King is the ruler of the entire land. The current King of Saudi is 'Abdullah bin Abdulaziz' and the crown prince of Saudi Arabia is 'Sultan bin Abdul Aziz'. Saudi is considered as a very Holy Land by Muslims all over the world, as it is the land of the two Holy Mosques the Mecca and the Medina.
