Is Passport Needed By Land To Canada?
If you drive to Canada for vacation and will return by auto to the US, what ID is required for Children and adults in this year of 2007.

Yes you always need the visa for the Canada whether you go by Land or by Air. Visa is the legal requirement for entering in the Canada through any way so you cannot go to Canada without the visa. Well if you are a citizen of the Canada then you do not need any kind of visa whether you go from the land or by air. You just need a passport from going to Canada if you are Canadian national . So if you are not a resident of the Canada and live there due to immigration then you need a proper visa in order to go to the Canada through any way.
Every country has its own laws and regulations so in order to entry into any country you need a passport and visa in order to enter in any country. So this is the way you can use in order to go to any country of the world. So if you violate the rules of any country you will be getting punishment. So this is the procedure you have to follow in order to enter in the country.
