    Having Troubles Getting My Son's Laptop Connected To The Router So It Can Be Wireless, Need Help!!! Can You Help?

    I need to get my son's laptop to where it is wireless. I have before and he moved, now he is back home and I don't know what I'm doing wrong with it. HELP PLEASE!

    Is the router encrypted,?,
    dose the laptop have internal arial aka
    wifi?,

    make sure that no electrical appliances are near laptop,including mobile phones,
