Well a content advisor is usually a security system activated to monitor or block the surfing or adult content. It is generally used by parents; content basically gives the user the access to select the pages it wants its children or other individual to surf.
To deactivate Content Advisor, go to internet Explorer tools menu, and from there select Internet Options. Then later click on the Content tab, and from there click on the Disable button. After that in the password box, put in your supervisor password, and click on the ok tab. After this all users will once again have free access to all sites.
It is vital to remember you password, because without the password it is difficult to turn off Content Advisor or make changes.
