No, the heart starts beating at 5 to 6 weeks but the embryo is only as big as a grain of rice so you won't be able to see the heart beating.

You can see a heartbeat at 5 weeks plus usually around 5 weeks and 3 days we had a scan today and I baby is 5 weeks and 5 days with a fetal heartbeat of 114bpm.
