How Can I Find An Address On An Electoral Roll?

Answer Question

3 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

The electoral roll is a catalogue of all those registered to vote in a particular vicinity. It is used to prevent voting fraud. To find out someone's address from an electoral roll is a very easy job. The first and the most basic thing on an electoral roll are the person's present address and the other addresses.

All the information about the person, right from his name to his blood group is mentioned on the electoral roll. The full register contains the voter's number, name and address, date of birth, whether or not he has requested a postal vote, an indication whether or not he has cast his right to vote.

The information available on an electoral roll is always correct as the voter has to pay a fine of 1000 pounds if any information is wrong.
