What Is A Good Witch?

The answer is very vague as there is no definite parameter that can measure the capability of a witch. So in that respect you can say that one who is more powerful is considered as a good witch. But some people have figured out their own definition of a good witch and they say a witch can be considered as a god one only when even if having miraculous power, she hardly uses it and let her power be dormant. The reason behind not using her powers is that she thinks that every human being is born to do good to the people and as a witch she can do nothing better. So she doesn't use her powers to harm people.
