or it can just be a cut or a miskito bit or a bug bit him around his cheast area
but what ever it might be get it checked out now !!!!!!!!!!!!

Its not cancer its natural happens during puberty just tell him to put vaseline and rub it or else it will grow and he will have female breast once it grows full size you cant do anything about it

Same thing happened to my 14 yr. Old .Doc said that both male and females both produce estrogen and that it will go away slightly after puberty.nothing to worry about...honest
