What's The Easiest Way To Loose Weight?

I really need to loose weight and I have three kids, which makes it hard to exercise daily and I am a stay at home mother so I can do somethings but with a 5 year old, 3 year old, and a 7 month old its not as easy to do a lot!

    You only need to know how many calories you are taking in a day and if you know it then you can reduce the intake and can maintain a balanced diet. A few tips are as follows;

    Start your day with water
    Stay away from sweetened bottled drinks
    Eat fresh fruit juice
    Eat vegetables
    Stay away from fried things etc

      As your last baby is 7 months old, there chances of post delivery hypothyroidism which causes weight gain. Go for thyroid function test and take medicines if positive. If the test is negative then make 2 objectives

      • Not to gain further weight.
      • Reduction in weight.
      Check your feeding habits like don't eat fats, minimize the protein intake, restrict the use of sugar, sweats and baker foods including bread. Go for brisk walk of one hour daily especially in morning.
