If You Are A Landlord And A Tenant Has Someone Break In A Door, But Nothing Is Stolen, Who Is Responsible For The Repair Of The Door? |
| A house is being rented and the tenant claims that the house has been broken into, but nothing is missing. The front door is broken off of it's hinges and this is the only damage. Who would be responsible for the repair, the tenant or the landlord? |
