If I Eat Fruits And Vegetables For A Week And One Meal At The End Of The Week Will I Lose Weight?

    Losing weight depends upon amount of calories taken and burned. It does not depend upon eating vegetables, fruits, meals etc. If you take more calories than you consume daily then weight will increase. If your calorie intake and consumption are equal then you will maintain your weight. You will reduce weight only when calorie intake is less than its consumption. So, you should eat less calories and burn more daily to lose weight.
