This Question Is Answered:
How Important Is It To Include Work Based Achievements When Writing My CV?
I am currently writing my cv and wondered how important it was to include work based achievements? Do employers really care? Don’t they just care about my qualifications?

I think work based achievements are terribly important. Any qualifications you may have can be learnt by rote, it does not mean that you can put what you learnt into practice. However, work based achievements can be measured, and show an aptitude for the job and a willingness to learn. Also very useful in appraisals.
