    To build the muscles of stomach is the most difficult part because they are the non jointed muscles. It requires Multiple exercises
    for upper and middle abs  its crunches
    there are two types of crunches 1. While lying straight, 2.while being incline
    for lower abbs you should lie straight and up lift your legs .
