A receptionist will need to know computer skills, typing, arithmetic and languages help.
The receptionist must know how to greet the guests, be charming at all times and answer all their questions politely and efficiently. She must liaise with the cleaning staff to let them know when they can clean rooms and know when rooms are ready for guests. She must know the hotel layout inside out and recommend the best rooms for the client. The receptionist should make the client feel very at home so they want to come again and again.
