    Of course, but it is very unhealthy and you can screw up your body systems and even die from lack of nutrition.  The best way is to eat 3 small portion meals a day with healthy snacks in between and drink lots of water it helps fill you up and its healthy.  Exercise will speed up weight loss, please don't just not eat!

      No u have 2 eat calories 2 loose weight, just do like i do eat 450 calories a day

        Yes its true that when you eat you will lose weight and get weak and sick as well...
        I think not eating is the appropriate way to lose weight...
        Proper diet, walking and discipline are the right healthy way to lose weight
