It needs to have had all its shots first and depending on the climate (not too cold being as it's winter time right now) then it could go out supervised for a little while each day....be sure it is on a leash or in a safe place.

They need to be older, not just little kittens, and they need to have their shots for this too. They should be protected from the things out there that can make then deathly ill. Hope this helps, good luck to you and the kitties.
