This Question Is Answered:
What Is The Definition Of A Fee Owner In A Lease Agreement?
I'm putting together a lease and the one's I've seen says "landlord is the "fee owner" of certain real estate...." and I'd like to know exactly what the fee owner is. Is it as simple as the landlord owns all the fees collected for the rent or lease of that property?

A fee owner in a lease agreement refers to the person who represents absolute and complete ownership of the property, in other words, the landlords. The few owner is limited by four key laws of taxation, eminent domain, police power, and escheat, administered by the government. His authority is also limited by the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.
