What Should I Do To Get More Pocket Money?

Answer Question

If you are working, maybe you can turn one of your "Hobbies" into a steady stream of pocket money. I started out as a high school student with an art career in my head, received a four year scholarship and a father that said "No, my son will not be a starving artist". My second love was science, so I studied chemistry, but I would always fall back to painting, or "cutting meat", due to the economies effect on white-collar jobs sent out of the country. The bottom line here is that you may turn to one of the ares you have a passion for into a new , maybe part time job, a source for pocket money.

If you do not want to take a risk at a part-time job or pursuing one of you passions to fruition then here's what to do...and please do not take this the wrong way. Here in Boston you can, get or buy a cup, sit on Causwell avenue, preferably near a all night store and ask people for change. You know, some of these "street people make in excess of $70.00 dollars/day. You just have to be ready to take the jabs the go with the job. How do I know this...I was stuck in Boston overnight; it was just after Spt. 11, 2001 and i spent the whole night in front of this store watching two people "collect" change, at the morning they each had $60.00+ dollars , I was not a penny richer.

You can sell your clothes on Ebay for "pocket money", that's all; but its reality.
