 Can My Landlord Raise My With Two Weeks
My landlord call me on the phone and told me i have to raise your rent. This october 17 2007 she wants to pay by november1 2007 .i have no lease should she give me longer notice then 2 weeks.

 Everyone has a lease. Yours may not be in writing, which means you have a month-to-month. She can give thirty days' notice for eviction, you can give thirty days' notice that you're moving. The same should apply to rent, but contact your local landlord/tenant board to be sure.
