    Thanks..... But m talking about side effect in future ... Is thea any risk dat things might go wrong later becoz of the consumption of supplements (Mega mass)

    Buddy.. As much as i want to help but be responsible of your own body.. Stop taking things you do not know.. Search on it..google it.. Just remember ANYTHING we take can give effects to our body.. And we are all different so whats good for me might not be for you in a long run.. I suggest to know more on this mega mass..before taking it.. Not single drug is safe even vitamins.. Your body adopt to it.. Once you stop taking, you will see a lot of changes.. But to be knowledgeable about it can help

    Well dat was helpful Tinga... Actually m 6 feet tall but my weight dosen't really seems to be justify with my height.. I've got 68 kgs.. Huh//! I think itz coz m so active with outdoor sports.. I lk playin football .. Do u think dis cud be da reason for underweight . Just be kind if m being stupid : ) lolz.. Thanks anyway///

      You can supplement with a good multi-vitamin, protein powder, flax seed oil, fish oil, and you can try creatine to fuel your workouts.
