What Are Beliefs In Canadian Culture?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Canadians holidays are very much the same as Americans. English and French lives side by side in Quebec. On Christmas, the french sometimes go to midnight mass and then come back home and open gifts that Pere Noel (father Christmas in English language) has left the children. The french have various types of foods but they will have for sure torteire which is a minced pork pie and a Christmas log for dessert which is a cake.

The English kids wake up on Christmas morning and open gifts. To make a real Christmas joy the family gathers outside to decorate the Igloos with cranberry strings and sing carols.....

    Very beautiful!
