Is It Good To Diet If You Are Only 12?
I am 12 years old and I weigh. Please dont laugh, 153 pounds and I just want to be thin like the models in the magazines, or like my sexy friends. Also I want to be more confident in myself when I am around thinner people.

Well it depends on what you mean by diet.
I think it wouldn't hurt to eat healthy food and exercise.
But don't over do it. For example eat 3 to 4 meals a day things like fish and chicken are high in protien stay away from greasy fast food places. The most important meal is breakfast its what gets your matabolism going=]
try a power walk after dinner then move up to jogging and I'm sure you will have more energy and feel better about yourself but don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with curvy girls don't try to be what others want just strive to be healthy and happy.
