Answers
By applying the distributive property, you get
-3x(2xy + 3y – 2x)
=-(6x^2y+9xy-6x^2)
=-6x^2y-9xy+6x^2)
Many people make sign errors since they tend to forget to multiply each variable by(-3x) and instead multiply by just 3x. Thus often forgetting the effect of multiplying a variable by -1.
