Have YOU Ever Had Road Rage?

I used to be plagued with road rage quite often till I got the correct permits to carry a gun. Grows you up quickly when you come to realize it no longer is a case of yelling and screaming but a life or death situation if it escalates. I now just smile and let the idiots go on their way.

That is one of my faults...ashamed to say.  I have to be careful because I have been chased before when I made some "not so nice" hand gestures.   So I try to look straight ahead and not make eye contact.  I cuss and swear to myself inside my car all I want thought..not very Christian like, I know.

I have felt road rage when someone cuts me off and usually I stop at a rest area and walk around or if I am in town I will stop at a store and just put my mind on something else which helps me relax

I have experienced other maniacs on the road, that is for sure. But as far myself....nope, I just shake my head and thank God I am not them.

I can't answer for me. I never had the problem, but I'll tell you about my husband who had to be one of the worst drivers in the world. He'd scream,yell and swear at other drivers and pedestrians too. He nearly got our family killed 3 times. I was the one who watched the road. If we had any other transportation I never had put my 22 babies and myself at the kind of risk it was to be in the car with him. In Toronto,he ran a red light and just barely missed being crushed by an oncoming bus and a fire truck at the intersection. He wouldn't listen to me and flew into a rage at me. My daughter and I shook for hrs. When he drove alone he was in 14 different collisions. One of them nearly killed my sister-in-law. People like him should have not only their licences removed but their vehicles taken away for life!

Only when i'm drunk. Causing me to get a dui.

No, I suppose not. I'm more of the complainer type so if someone makes me angry on the road, I will just fuss about it to whoever will listen...
