You can download media from the xbox live market place on the internet (game demos,music, movies, etc.) and most games on the Xbox360 support online multiplayer, to figure out how many people you could play (or compete) with look on the back of the games case. Unlike PSN you need to pay a small monthly fee. Thats understandable because you can play with gamers from around the world unlike PSN. My friend has Xbox live and i play it alot. To play games you will need a gold membership. I hope i helped and im planning on getting it soon so if decide to get it i will see you on a game sometime.
