It's stripping off your clothes to get a person excited (sexually) they call it a tease cause you do it slowly to get the person's attention. You can do this by playing some music... something to set the mood. and slowly start removing articles of clothing while dancing sexy to the music.

Strip tease is a form of sexual enjoyment. You strip tease to get the other person excited. It's basically removing clothing a little bit at a time and the point of the tease is that they can't touch you, not just yet anyway. That's why its called a "strip tease".
