My Iphone Has Frozen On The Apple Logo, What Should I Do?

I was playing with my iphone and when i was finished with it, i turned it off completely. Then i put it to charge and when my iphone was starting up with the apple logo while charging, the logo froze and i cant get to my menu.... WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I would call the company and see if they can help you reset it some other way then turning it on and off. Maybe if you wait with time it will unfreeze I doubt it though. I would call the company. Try turning it off. Remove the battery. Wait a minute. Put the battery back in and turn it back on sometimes that helps. If not hopefully you have a warranty on it sounds like it may be a malfunction. Good luck.

thank you but I need to know HOW to remove the battery? and I don't have warranty because mine is unlocked...

Hold the Home and Power buttons down to reset the device.

If it still doesn't come good, connect it to your computer and use iTunes to Restore it.

You cannot take out the battery.
