      Provided they are both down a small incision is usually made in the 'sack' and they are removed from there (so the sack stays and will 'shrink' over time). If one or both are retained in the abdomen an incision is made to go inside and remove them that way more like a spay on a female so that procedure can have a small additional fee added since it's not quite as straight forward as if they were both in the sack.
