What Is For Dinner?

Funny question! If it's your dinner, no idea. If you're asking what other Blurters are having, well I'm still deciding - but in fact your question has got me thinking about it. What makes a nice, quick dinner that's easy to prepare?
Well, Jimcurtz's suggestion is a good one, or maybe some chicken pieces with a few stir-fried vegetables and some rice or noodles. Then again, you can have a nice pasta dish in a very short time, using mince etc, with maybe a nice jar of pasta sauce to speed things up. Or fish is always good and doesn't take long...
