It sounds like it maybe be a fungal rash. You should try some Lotrimin or any cream in the athletes foot section in your neighborhood drug store and use as directed. If the problem persist go to the doctor.

You should go to a doctor. They can give you medication for your problem. You can try calimine lotion. Peroxide disinfects it so that you wont get infected with anything. You should try an anti itch medication, like hydrocortizone. My little brother had mild exema when he was a baby and the doctor suggested that. It not expensive either. Whatever you do, don't try BLEACH. You will go through more pain than peroxide. You may want to use Neo Sporin to make your skin heal faster. You should also keep it covered up so it wont get worst.

What are you referring to a spot?! I recommend using something stronger than hydrogen peroxide. Like bleach maybe. Something good. Tescos do a good range... Now I'm not a chemist, but if you shave your skin off this will no longer be an issue.
