I'm worried i bought a yorkie from pet palace in clarksville tennessee on march 16th they told me the papers would be mailed to me in the mail. Now they are having problems getting them from the breeder. Was also told by the pet shop they would refund 100.00 off the price of the puppy. I paid them 600.00 for the pup. I think i have been screwed. Do you have any advice?
My action would be to file a claim in small claims court against the seller and if you have gotten attached to the pup file for at least $400 of your money be returned and you keep the pup and I'm sure you will win the case...the best to you
