There are no home tests (in U.S.) that will accurately give you results before the first day your next period is due. If you are trying to conceive, I recommend you chart your base temperature (there are several good books detailing how to do this). If you chart and you have conceived, your base temperature will DROP the morning after conception and then shoot up considerably after that. No need for a pregnancy test -- you can determine conception the next day! Amazing the way the body works.
