I Can Lift A Lot More Weight Than My Friend. In Fact He Doesn't Even Lift Weights, But He Seems Better At Arm Wrestling Than I Am. How Can This Be? Arm Wrestling Can't Be A True Indicator Of Strength Can It?

Arm wrestling can be an indicator of strength so long as the opponent has similar forearm length, muscle tone etc.. For the most part its all about leverage. My cousin smokes two packs a day as an average, i don't smoke and i am a better hockey player than him but he can beat me in speed skating. Doesn't make sense because his lung capacity is half that of mine with all the cancer sticks he inhaled all his life. Don't let it bother you. As with my cousin, i can kick his butt any time he beats his chest.just means he jerks off more to have forearm muscles that are in better shape than yours.

When I say I can lift a lot more than he can I mean A LOT more, and my forearm muscles are fairly tough. I'm even bigger and look tougher. Also those clamps that you squeeze to put on curl bars to keep the weights from falling off, I'm tougher at doing those by a long shot. Some things are hard to understand.
Well I shouldn't say he's better at it since I've beaten him many times in my right arm. I wasn't feeling my toughest when we arm wrestled. A lot of times his arm is closer to his body when we're starting out so maybe he just gets better leverage right away. After all arm wrestling has become more of a leverage sport rather than strength alone.
