Can You Give Me Some Weight Loss Ideas?

I`m going on a second honey moon this October, in Greece. I need to lose 20 lb or so. I know there are 4 months ahead and there`s no need to panic but I want to start good diet and a fitness program. Any ideas? Thank you for answering.

    My dad has a friend that has done this. it really does work. I'm not kidding,,,i understand that it is a hard thing to give up all of your snacking when you are hungry and I'm not asking you to do this..but this guy wanted to lose weight so he switched all of his snacks to eating pretzels,,,so instead of eating 12 bags of chips or Twinkies or anything unhealthy he would eat pretzels,,,so if u can switch to pretzals you can lose a ton of weight,,,good luck and i hope that u go with this and follow through because it really does work.!

      It is actually good to start now. Start a healthy diet consisting of everything in the food pyramid, eating no more or no less. Also instead of going all out running just start walking a couple miles walking more miles as the second honey moon gets closer!

        you only need to lose a few pounds and have plenty of time to do it. To get rid
        of the extra pounds, you also need to follow a healthy diet, and do some
        aerobics. Using a diet planner helps a lot - you know how many calories you eat
        by choosing the foods in your meals. This way you can keep your calorie intake

        You should try the 'every other day' eating plan (diets never work!!!)...I know, it sounds dumb, but it really works!! One day, you eat pretty much what you enjoy, watching those portions, of course!! The next day, you cut back by eating lighter, smaller meals and snacks..and no sweets, etc..and lots of water both days!!!

        I have a problem with sweets and tried this about a year ago...it helped with the sweets cravings, and now I find that on the days when I can have 'anything I want" I still enjoy the goodies, but eat less and less....after all, you can do anything for one day!! This plan keeps you from feeling deprived, lets you have what you want, and makes you more aware of portion sizes!! So give it a try......remember to always have your water, too!!....try to start with a little protein, then the rest of your meal...eat full grains in breads, cereals, etc.,,,,and never go more than 4 hours without eating something, and not junk, but real food!!!!!!!
