No it is not required to read Lisa Gardner's books in order. There are all different stories with different twist.
However if you are interested in reading all of Lisa Gardner's books then it is recommended that you read certain books in order. As these books have two characters that are there in most of her books. One being Pierce Quincy and the other Rainee Conner who is his partner.
Thus start of by reading the Perfect Husband that introduces Quincy and then continue with the third victim. In this book the two FBI agents meet each other rand from there on their partnership begins. Then move on to the next accident and the killing hour and the last gone. Each book focuses on family members and the growth of each character thus is much better if you read all these books in the given sequence.
