This Question Is Answered:
What Exactly Should A Pet Greek Turtle Be Eating And How Much?
We have a pet Greek Turtle and I'm doing everything by the pet store's instructions, however I've noticed that he is eating mostly the romaine lettuce i put in and very little of his tortoise food. What exactly should he be eating and how much? Can he have too much lettuce? We also give him a small carrot every other night and meal worms too.

A Greek turtle is strictly herbaceous and it needs food with high fiber, low protein and calcium rich nutrients. Some of the food stuff which you can give it include :
1.      kale,
2.      dandelion,
3.      mustard,
4.      collard,
5.      turnip greens.
High protein diet is not given because it can cause renal failure in them. Fruits can be given but not too much. You can also give calcium supplementation.
